Policy

• Payments are made through the school.

• 24 hours notice is required for absence, otherwise the lesson will be forfeited and you will be charged for the lesson.

• Each student is entitled to one make-up lesson per term, provided that 24 hours notice is given.

• Make-ups are not always available. Please keep an eye on the calendar below to schedule a make up.

• It is the responsibility of the parent/student to schedule make-ups using the online calendar.

• There are no refunds or credits given for missed lessons, so please prioritise attending your allocated lesson time each week.

• In the case of the teacher being absent, or a whole school event, lessons will be rescheduled.
