Practice Lessons 1-4 in Syncopation.
Practice the rhythms with the right hand, then the left hand, then alternating hands.
Use a metronome at various tempos and count as you play.
Once you can play all the rhythms on the snare drum, try moving them around the drum set for fills and short solos.
For the 8th note rhythms, try playing with natural sticking, where the right hand plays all the beats and the left hand plays all the off beats. This makes it easier to move around the drum set.
