Practice one page per week* from Stick Control with a metronome at various tempos.

Repeat each exercise 20 times.

After you’ve practiced the exercises on the snare or pad, move them to the drum set for fills and solos.

On most pages, there are 24 exercises a page. That’s just 4 exercises a day if you practice 6 days a week - the perfect warmup routine.
